sketches claimed/paid for in their unfinished stage will come at a discounted rate. if sketches go unclaimed before finished then full price will be reflected if listed for sale after completion!
when buying a sketch you must understand that there is a 2 week tat for completion.
all designs will be completed as "designers choice" and may vary slightly from original sketch! i will try to accommodate color requests, but these designs are more geared towards my creative freedom.
sketches CAN'T be claimed with previously resevered/paid for customs spots, to keep it fair these must be new transactions.

Due to the digital nature of most of my products I do not accept any refunds or returns. Returns and refunds will be accepted on physical products at my discretion. I have the right to decline or accept returns and refunds as I see fit.
